今天閑來(lái)上網(wǎng)，偶見(jiàn)一博友發(fā)布的這篇文章，雖簡(jiǎn)短，但很有見(jiàn)地，所以將此干貨呈現(xiàn)于此，讓更多搞袋式除塵器設(shè)計(jì)的同僚更上一層樓
1.Design your system to accommodate the full range of operating conditions
袋式除塵器的設(shè)計(jì)必須滿(mǎn)足系統(tǒng)滿(mǎn)負(fù)荷的運(yùn)行條件
2.Design your system to evenly distribute the gas and dust to all areas of the baghouse and never store dust for long periods in the hoppers.
設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)必須充考慮到含塵煙氣是否能夠均勻地進(jìn)入袋式除塵器內(nèi)的各部分；決不能將除塵器灰斗用于儲(chǔ)灰
3.Incorporate fabric that is compatible with the full range of inlet conditions and outlet requirements
整臺(tái)袋式除塵器不但要能適應(yīng)進(jìn)入除塵器的煙氣條件，而且要使出口煙氣達(dá)到環(huán)保排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
4.Make sure the system is compatible with your plant’s O&M procedures and requirements
要保證除塵器系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行能滿(mǎn)足您工廠(chǎng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行和維護(hù)的規(guī)程及要求
5.Inspect all system components thoroughly before installation and again prior to initial start-up for compliance to specifications and for correct assembly
安裝或設(shè)備啟動(dòng)前，必須徹底檢查所有的除塵器組件是否已滿(mǎn)足說(shuō)明書(shū)要求并正確安裝
6.Develop start-up and shutdown procedures to protect your bag site and abide by them
建立正確的除塵器啟動(dòng)和停機(jī)程序，以防止濾袋的不必要損壞
7.Establish and maintain the required bag cleaning energy and frequency to stabilize system pressure-drop without over cleaning
確立并維持濾袋清灰所要求的能量和頻率，在設(shè)備清灰不過(guò)分的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)壓降的穩(wěn)定
8.Monitor and maintain historical records of key system parameters on a regular basis to assess system stability
定期監(jiān)測(cè)和評(píng)估系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性，并將系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的主要參數(shù)保留存檔
9.Identify and solve problems early, before they snowball
盡可能早地發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問(wèn)題，千萬(wàn)不要延誤解決問(wèn)題的時(shí)機(jī)
10.When in doubt---go to a lower G/C ratio
在懷疑或沒(méi)有把握的情況下，選擇較低的氣布比（過(guò)濾速度）不會(huì)錯(cuò)！
